Careers Wales is now recruiting a Director of Transformation and Resources, a key role in shaping the organisation’s future. You will lead its enabling and corporate functions, including finance, estates, HR and organisational development, digital and ICT, communications, and quality and planning.
In this role, you will champion innovation, strengthen governance, and embed a culture of trust, inclusion, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Careers Wales is looking for a visionary and collaborative leader with experience across several corporate services areas, a strong track record of delivering complex change, and the ability to build impactful and influential relationships.
