Join Ofcom, the UK’s independent communications regulator, as the Director for Wales, a pivotal role in shaping communication services across the nation. As part of the senior leadership team, you'll lead the team in Wales, driving stakeholder engagement, and representing Ofcom's values and interests.
 

As the Director for Wales, you will:

  • Build and lead the Cardiff-based team, and foster a positive and inclusive culture.

  • Drive corporate initiatives, including Diversity & Inclusion and out of London targets.

  • Shape Ofcom’s reputation in Wales, ensuring full accountability and protecting our regulatory independence.

  • Lead Ofcom's relationship with key stakeholders across Wales, including the Welsh Language Commissioner.

  • Collaborate with diverse and expert teams across Ofcom and across the UK.
