Candidates are driving changes in recruitment - A White Paper

Although candidates want to be paid in line with the market, salary is not the main motivating factor for candidates right now. Today, we're sharing our first White Paper in which we delve deeper into candidates' expectations.

Our experience is that factors influencing candidates' decisions to move roles include organisational purpose, values and company culture.

The salary is one factor among several desired by candidates.

  • Time: Flexible and hybrid working or the option to condense or reduce the number of days in the working week is a popular request.

  • Value: Candidates are seeking to work in a culture that is output-focused.

  • Wellbeing: Time away from work to reset and recover is important.

  • Security: Equally, financial well-being is key, especially in the current economy.
