This role will primarily support the Care division of the organisation. Pobl has over 900 colleagues in its Care division, providing high-quality support that builds on the strengths of individuals to enable them to live the life they want; in the home they choose.
Pobl are seeking a Senior Business Partner - HR who is passionate about providing a high-quality, professional HR service and positive colleague experience. This is a role where you will have the opportunity to lead on strategic priorities that align with operational challenges and devise innovative solutions that drive the organisation forward.
You will share Pobl’s values, ambition and work in true partnership with leaders in the organisation, providing expert advice, guidance and support, whilst also influencing and coaching stakeholders to achieve the Organisational Development plan.
Reporting into the Director of HR Operations, you will be a key part of the Organisational Development Senior Management Team, working closely with colleagues in recruitment and learning and development functions. You will also lead an enthusiastic team of HR Business Partners and HR Advisors who are committed to making a positive impact.
Significant experience of complex and high-volume employee relations cases is essential, preferably in a large and heavily regulated environment. Given the nature of the business, significant experience of TUPE and managing organisational change is also essential.
This is a home-based role for the foreseeable future with an occasional need to travel to the organisation’s Newport and Swansea offices.
