We're looking for an Associate to join our growing team at Goodson Thomas.

As executive headhunters, Goodson Thomas works across all sectors in Wales, engaging with Welsh, UK and International markets to connect our partners with the right people.

The role of Associate adds substantial value to our operations and involves conducting in-depth industry and market focused research; candidate sourcing, engagement, and evaluation; as well as supporting the end-to-end delivery of recruitment projects, with a keen focus on quality throughout.

We need a confident, curious and customer focused applicant to join us in this pivotal position. We are generalists within the senior and executive recruitment market in Wales, however our specialism is assessing the operational and leadership skills, as well as the motivations, of senior candidates. We work in partnership with our clients and candidates, placing strong emphasis on the strength of our relationships and maintaining a commitment to generating high quality and diverse candidate pools.
