mirus is a not-for-profit organisation which works in partnership with families and other professionals to deliver high quality support services that empower people, enabling them to learn new skills and achieve the things that are important to them.
mirus is best described as a family and the Board is looking for a passionate and instinctive leader who will create a sense of self-belief and confidence to retain and inspire a strong workforce.
The Chief Executive of mirus will be responsible for leading the organisation to achieve its vision and purpose, enabling people to live a happy and fulfilled life.
Working with the Chair, Board of Trustees and Leadership Team they will set the strategic direction of the organisation and ensure its sustainability.
Acting as the lead ambassador for mirus, the Chief Executive will promote the charity's values in all aspects of its work and ensure it continues to be creative and person-centred in everything it does.
