Base salary up to £100,000 per annum
Vibrant Energy Matters is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Operations Director to join its senior leadership team and support the business through an exciting period of scalable growth.
We are a fast-growing property services business, delivering a range of solutions to estate agents, social housing providers, and the general public. Our current revenues are £7.5m per annum with a business plan to grow revenue and profit considerably over the next 3-5 years. The business has a corporate shareholder profile, being owned by the largest estate agency businesses in the UK (Connells Group and LSL Plc).
Vibrant is a high volume, transactional business, currently performing over 600 transactions per day across the whole of the UK, through use of its home-based Property Partner network.
The business is in a unique position to dominate the UKs Energy Performance Certificate market over the next few years with the launch of its new product, the EPC Plus. Substantial shareholder investment in this new product has placed Vibrant in a fantastic growth position.
The successful candidate will sit on the main Board of Directors and play a pivotal role in delivering the overall business plan over the next few years. The role holder will manage all of the business operations (scheduling team, field-based colleagues, field-based recruitment and training), creating excellence in delivery from all of those departments.
The role holder will provide inspirational leadership to their direct and indirect reports, providing support and direction in a fast-paced environment. The ultimate goal of the role is to provide excellent infrastructure to support the delivery of services to our client base. Support to mobile workers within the business is key to success in this role - this means providing excellent and robust systems that enable staff to perform their duties correctly first time, and in as quick a time as possible.
The role holder will be commercially astute and will drive margin improvements throughout the business through improved use of technology as well as driving a 'right first time' operational culture through the business.
The role holder will be accountable for:
- Leading and managing the operations team.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is at an excellent level, at all times.
- Ensuring all operational scorecard metrics are achieved or beaten.
- Creating a first-class staff and customer service culture throughout the operation.
- Operational planning required to meet the business sales forecast.
