Mae Gyrfa Cymru'n darparu gwasanaeth gyrfaoedd ac anogaeth hanfodol i bob oed, sy'n annibynnol, yn ddiduedd ac yn ddwyieithog i bobl Cymru, ac yn cyflenwi gwasanaethau sy'n cefnogi datblygiad sylfaen sgiliau'r genedl i fodloni gofynion y farchnad lafur, a thrwy hynny gyfrannu at les economaidd a chymdeithasol Cymru.
Yn 2021/22, cafodd cyfanswm o 27,304 o bobl ifanc ar draws cyfnodau allweddol 3, 4 a 5 gymorth un-i-un a chynhaliwyd 40,267 o gyfweliadau unigol. Cymerodd dros 30,000 o fyfyrwyr ran mewn sesiynau grŵp rhyngweithiol. Cyrhaeddodd gwasanaeth Cymru'n Gweithio dros 23,000 o bobl 16 oed a hŷn, gan arwain at 55,813 o ryngweithio uniongyrchol â chwsmeriaid.
Mae'r Cyfarwyddwr Strategaeth Cwsmeriaid a Datblygu Gwasanaeth yn rôl ganolog o fewn yr Uwch Dîm Arwain. Gan adrodd i'r Prif Weithredwr a chan weithio'n agos gyda'r Cyfarwyddwr Adnoddau a Thrawsnewid, byddwch yn darparu cyfeiriad strategol ac arweinyddiaeth i'r sefydliad.

Cyfrannu at reolaeth strategol gyffredinol y Cwmni drwy:
Weithio'n rhagweithiol ac ar y cyd â holl feysydd y sefydliad, gan ddefnyddio'r holl sgiliau a gwybodaeth sydd ar gael yn y Cwmni a defnyddio mewnwelediad, gwerthuso, a dadansoddi i lywio a mireinio arfer yn barhaus a datblygu strategaeth.
Adnabod cyfleoedd arloesi a gwella busnes parhaus i ddiffinio modelau gweithredu sydd wedi'u diogelu at y dyfodol, gan gymryd cyfrifoldeb dros fireinio camau gweithredu ar sail gwerthusiad o lwyddiant.
Goruchwylio gweithrediad y strategaeth ar y cyd â'r Tîm Gweithredol i gynnal cysondeb o ran blaenoriaeth a neges.
Meithrin diwylliant cadarnhaol a chynhyrchiol o fewn timau.
Comisiynu gwerthusiad parhaus ac optimeiddio strwythurau cyflawni i ganiatáu ar gyfer y cydweithrediad mwyaf posibl o fewn y gwasanaeth, gan roi'r sgiliau allweddol a'r ystwythder i aelodau'r tîm gyflawni'r strategaeth gyfredol wrth ddatblygu'r nesaf.
Cynnal gwybodaeth ac ymwybyddiaeth o arfer gorau o fewn sectorau Addysg a Chyflogaeth y DU a rhyngwladol (a sectorau eraill lle bo'n berthnasol), i hysbysu dulliau o newid, arloesi a datblygu a fydd yn cael effaith gadarnhaol ar les economaidd pobl Cymru.
Darparu cyngor strategol cyson i'r tîm gweithredol a'r bwrdd cyfarwyddwyr.
Sefydlu perthnasoedd allanol newydd a chryfhau presennol er mwyn hyrwyddo proffil, dylanwad ac enw da Gyrfa Cymru, manteisio i'r eithaf ar gyfleoedd i ddatblygu gwasanaethau mewn ymateb i alwadau newidiol a dathlu llwyddiant Gyrfa Cymru drwy fod yn llysgennad cyhoeddus.

Careers Wales provides an essential all-age, independent, impartial and bilingual careers and coaching service for the people of Wales, and delivers services that support the development of the nation's skills base to meet the demands of the labour market, thereby contributing to the economic and social well-being of Wales.
In 2021/22, a total of 27,304 young people across key stages 3, 4 and 5 accessed one-to-one support and 40,267 individual interviews were delivered. Over 30,000 students took part in interactive group sessions. The Working Wales service reached over 23,000 people aged 16 years and over, resulting in the delivery of 55,813 direct interactions with customers.
The Director of Customer Strategy and Service Development is a pivotal role within the Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Director of Resources and Transformation, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to the organisation.
Overall Purpose of Role:
To contribute towards the overall strategic management of the Company by:
Working proactively and collaboratively with all areas of the organisation, making use of all skills and knowledge available in the Company and using insight, evaluation, and analysis to continually inform and refine practice and develop strategy.
Identifying innovation and continuous business improvement opportunities to define future proofed operating models, taking responsibility for refining actions based on evaluation of success.
Overseeing strategy implementation in conjunction with the Executive Team to maintain consistency of priority and message.
Fostering a positive and productive culture within teams.
Commissioning ongoing evaluation and optimising delivery structures to allow for maximum co-operation within the service, equipping team members with the key skills and agility to deliver the current strategy whilst developing the next.
Maintaining knowledge and awareness of best practice within UK and international Education and Employment sectors (and other sectors where relevant), to inform approaches to change, innovation and development that will have a positive impact on the economic wellbeing of the people of Wales.
Providing aligned strategic advice to the executive team and board of directors.
Establishing new and strengthening existing external relationships to promote Careers Wales' profile, influence and reputation, maximising opportunities to develop services in response to changing demands and celebrating Careers Wales' success by being a public ambassador.
