Four Cymru is looking for a new Managing Director to lead the team and drive business development, while also acting as the main strategic advisor to clients.

As the Managing Director, you will:

• Be required to take P&L responsibility, producing budgets and re-forecasts, and to take responsibility for legal and contractual aspects of client relationships.
  
• Direct a group of account teams to exceed client expectations by leading team members to produce high quality work, within budget and meeting deadlines.
  
• Act as the main strategic advisor to clients and the team, and develop opportunities to grow existing and new business.
