The Waterloo Foundation (TWF) is a highly reputable, independent grant-making Foundation, based in Cardiff, Wales. A registered charity, TWF distributes grants to organisations in both the UK and world-wide. Its remit is to assist projects that help globally, particularly in the areas of the disparity of opportunities and wealth and the unsustainable use of the world's natural resources.

TWF is seeking a professional individual to provide excellent operational, administrative support and financial oversight to the charity, enabling the team of Fund Managers to deliver the Trustees' vision for the Foundation and providing assurance on good governance to the Trustees.

  • You will be an excellent people manager and have experience of providing financial oversight, budgetary control and management;
  • You will be comfortable with working with Boards and Trustees and experienced in supporting Committees.
  • You will have a positive approach to problem-solving, and hold a strong interest in the Third Sector, and passionate about the values and ethos of the Foundation;
  • You will be educated to undergraduate degree level/equivalent or higher.
