It's a huge month for Goodson Thomas as we commemorate seven years of developing strong client partnerships and delivering a high-quality service for candidates and partners alike and embark upon our biggest year in business. Today we're celebrating our overall success rate. Since 2015 we have supported the placement of 175 senior candidates in pivotal roles for clients, with a placement success rate of 99.4%. As we celebrate our 7th year in business this month, an aspect of our work we are particularly proud of is our commitment to diversity and our achievements in striking a competitive gender balance for senior appointments. 51% of our 175 senior placements to date been female appointees and in the past few months alone we have supported several female candidates into new roles, including Lucy Sutherland, who will soon be taking up her new post as the Director of the National Botanic Garden of Wales - Gardd Fotaneg Genedlaethol Cymru, and Angela O'Driscoll who will be taking up the Director of Workforce and Organisational Development role at Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust. This month Goodson Thomas is celebrating its 7th year of developing strong client partnerships and delivering a high quality service for candidates and partners alike, and we will continue to develop these relationships and expand our ever-widening networks as we look to the future. To Celebrate International Women's Day 2022 Goodson Thomas are proud to share our contribution to gender diversity in the placement of Executive and Non-Executive appointments, achieving a 51% / 49% split in favour of female candidates across 160 successful assignments. In addition, we are signatories to the Voluntary Code for Executive Search organisations, meaning we will strive to deliver a candidate pool that is greater than 40% female and we will present every female candidate to our clients.
