As the end of the year draws closer, like many businesses we've been reflecting on the last 12 months.
And more importantly maybe, reflecting on how the many external factors currently affecting our everyday lives are impacting the labour market in Wales and therefore our work.
With that in mind, we'll be sharing some insights over the next few days which may be useful to you as candidates or employers as we look ahead to 2023.

We start with the fact that candidates are in control. They have more latitude to make considered decisions about their next career move. To appeal to high calibre candidates, organisations have to work harder than ever to position their opportunities as appealing propositions.
