Bio
Founder of Goodson Thomas, Siân was inspired to create a new type of business by her long-established passion for ensuring businesses have a real competitive advantage in their people.
Siân is an experienced and established executive search consultant, having delivered C-suite, senior leadership and non-executive assignments across multiple industries to include utilities, infrastructure, retail, beauty, manufacturing, housing, health, education, sport, environment, heritage and professional services.
Her expertise spans search, leadership development, change management and strategic communications, and she has delivered a number of award-winning campaigns for a range of organisations in different sectors - from sports, arts & heritage and education to professional services.
As part of her work with Boards, she has led a number of strategic projects including vision development, behavioural framework design, salary benchmarking and organisational restructures.
Siân previously served as Principal Consultant of the Welsh office of an international search business where she delivered executive search assignments across private, public and non-profits sectors.
An International Relations graduate of Aberystwyth University, Siân also has an MSc Masters in Marketing.
Siân previously served as Co-Vice Chair and Chair of RemCo at Cardiff Metropolitan University until March 2021.
